How messy is floor sanding?
Far less than it used to be — we use modern dust-extraction sanders that capture the vast majority of dust, so the process is clean and the disruption is minimal.
Can you change the colour of my floor?
Yes — once we’ve sanded back to bare timber, we can apply a clear coat to keep the natural look, or a stain to go lighter or darker, in your choice of matte, satin or gloss.
