How much does a renovation cost?
It depends entirely on scope and finish. As a guide, premium kitchens start around $45k, bathrooms around $35k, and extensions or full renovations from $250k. We’re transparent about investment early so the conversation is useful.
Do you offer design and build together?
Yes — it’s how we work best. One team designing and building removes the gap between the drawings and the delivery, keeps the budget honest, and gives you a single point of accountability.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. After the design and selections are resolved, we provide a detailed, fixed-price contract — so you can invest with confidence and without fear of blow-outs.
Do you handle council and permits?
We do. Design, engineering, energy ratings and the planning/building approvals are all coordinated by us as part of the service.
Which areas do you work in?
We renovate across Melbourne, with much of our work in the inner east and bayside — including Hawthorn, Kew, Brighton, Toorak, Malvern and Fitzroy.
