The challenge
The owners wanted serious solar capacity but were adamant the install had to be clean and barely visible from the street.
Roof shading from mature trees added a design challenge.
Our solution
We used all-black panels laid out for a symmetrical, discreet finish, with microinverters to handle the shading panel-by-panel.
A battery was integrated for evening use, with all conduit hidden for a tidy, architectural result.
The outcome
The home now generates and stores plenty of clean power, with an install the owners are genuinely happy to show off — or rather, happy that you can barely see.
